Abstract

Obstetric bleeding remains a significant cause of maternal death worldwide. In the structure of OB, which led to an unfavorable outcome of pregnancy and childbirth, an important place belongs to postpartum hemorrhage. OB is the cause of a critical condition, as a rule, with massive blood loss and the development of disorders in the hemostasis system in a situation of incorrect tactics for providing obstetric care. If a pregnant woman approaches childbirth against the background of hypo coagulation or severe thrombophilia with impaired hemostasis, massive bleeding should be expected. But, based on modern experience, it can be prevented and intensive therapy can be carried out correctly.
