Abstract

With India's rapid industrialisation growth, factoring services are also expanding in business. However, factoring firms in India encounter several obstacles due to the fact that factoring is a novel idea in India and banks failed to educate customers about this service. The recovery of debt is delayed, and more loans are becoming Non-performing. The higher interest rates imposed by Factors compared to banks make the service controversial. In light of these changes, the factoring firms' financial performance is of the utmost significance. The purpose of this research was to assess IFCI Factoing's profitability performance.
