A distinctive feature of hip joint deformities in children is a violation of blood flow against the background of congenital or acquired causes, which leads to dystrophic processes in the proximal femur and acetabulum. Orthopedic consequences of hematogenous osteomyelitis in children develop in 22-71.2% of children, in 16.2-53.7% of patients lead to early disability. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in children after surgical treatment of hip joint pathology. The analysis of the results of surgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment of 125 patients (82 girls (65%) and 43 boys (35%)) aged 3 to 14 years for the period from 2016 to 2022 was carried out. Of these, 78 patients with multilane deformities of the proximal femur in ANGBC after bloodless reduction of congenital hip dislocation and 47 with pathological hip dislocation after hematogenous osteomyelitis. To assess the anatomical and functional state of the affected hip joint, clinical, X-ray and MSCT research methods were used.
