Abstract

The use of concrete in construction ensures reliable and durable operation of the structure, but for such operating conditions of the facility, it is required to obtain concrete with the necessary characteristics. Obtaining concrete of a given strength class, water resistance, frost resistance and other characteristics . Cellular ash concrete is an artificial material with evenly distributed pores. Using ash and ash and slag mixtures as fine and coarse aggregates in a concrete mixture significantly reduces the cost of the material, since the preparation of fly ash requires less cost compared to sand, crushed stone, etc. Preparation of ash for the production of concrete ash having structural and thermal insulation properties implies the first stage is drying, sifting. And also by using fly ash as an aggregate for concrete, we kind of help to some extent improve the ecology of our country.
