The article presents data on the development of the elimination of salinization and increasing soil fertility, due to the exhaust gas sweep using the "Utility Model", the formation of H2CO3 under the soil, reducing the degree of salinity and improving the neutralization of the pH of the environment, improving the absorption of phosphorus by plants and soil fertility, while obtaining high quality yield. With the help of carbon dioxide, it is possible to saturate the soil cover and the above-ground layer of the plant mass. By increasing the carbon dioxide content in the soil, a neutral environment is created, which contributes to high crop yields. In connection with the above scientific data, the most effective way to increase fertility, eliminate salinization, save wash and irrigation water, neutralize the pH of the environment and improve the uptake of phosphorus by plants is the use of carbon dioxide using the "Utility Model" to collect exhaust gases. Using the "Utility Model" developed new environmental, water and resource-saving technologies for collecting exhaust gases in the conditions of Uzbekistan, increasing the neutralization of the pH of the environment from 9.1 to 7.3, reducing the degree of salinity by 35-40%, to save washing water by 35 -40%. Among the studied options, option 6 was singled out as the best, in which CO2 was introduced during plowing and after irrigation during cultivation. In this variant, there were observed increases in soil fertility, phosphorus digestibility, yield (+15+23.5 c/ha) and fiber quality.
