Abstract

Tuberculomas are a rare manifestation of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, presenting as large intracranial masses, which lead to altered sensorium, projectile vomiting, and high-grade fever. Detailed MRI spectroscopy findings in a 25-year-old female easily differentiated a tuberculoma from other intracranial space occupying lesions such as neurocysticercosis and CNS malignancies. Improvement was observed once patient was started on anti-tubercular medications.
