Abstract

Patients with diabetes are susceptible to developing diabetic foot issues such infection, ulcers, and gangrene, which are the most frequent reasons for hospitalization for diabetics. In order to avoid these issues and enhance these patients' quality of life, proper foot care is crucial. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of a health educational interventions on diabetic patients' awareness of self-care and use of foot care. In order to reduce the burden of complications and improve the wellness of diabetics, it is necessary to develop targeted training programs for health care providers at the primary level regarding the significance of routine foot examinations, risk evaluation, and foot education.
