Utility of Platelet rich plasma in medicine- A Review

Abstract

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is becoming more popular as a non-operative treatment option for a broad spectrum of medical disorders. It is obtained from the blood of patients.Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is currently used in different medical fields. The interest in the application of PRP in dermatology has recently increased. It is being used in several different applications as in tissue regeneration, wound healing, skin rejuvenating effects, alopecia, burn wounds, and diabetic foot ulcer.
